PicoGloss 562MC

The reflectometer, PicoGloss 562MC, is a portable gloss meter with a switchable measuring angle of 20° and 60° and automatic switchover facility to the mirror gloss mode.

The high gloss mode with a 20° measuring angle is specially meant for use on high gloss surfaces (e.g. metals) and has a measuring range of 0 to 2000 GU, and a measuring spot (size) of 9 mm x 9 mm (81 mm²).

The medium gloss mode with a 60° measuring angle is specially meant for use on medium gloss surfaces (e.g. varnish, synthetic materials) and has a measuring range of 0 to 1000 GU, and a measuring spot (size) of 8 mm x 16 mm (128 mm²).

At 150 GU and above the PicoGloss 562MC automatically switches over to the mirror gloss measurement mode and there is an increase in the measuring range of up to 1000 and/or 2000 GU.

Readings can be transmitted to a PC via an USB interface.
